Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly while ensuring each product is carefully prepared and packed to the highest standard.

As many of our items are hand-prepared, customised, or perishable, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch.  Large orders (over 50 items) could take in excess of 2 working days, please contact us directly to discuss requirements and time frames.

 

Delivery Days

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Available delivery options and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Any free delivery promotions or thresholds will be clearly displayed on our website.

 

3. Subscription Orders

We offer weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly subscription options.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan
  • Orders will be dispatched in line with your subscription schedule
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account

Subscription cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.

 

4. Delivery Responsibility

Under UK consumer law, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

Once delivery has been confirmed:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for parcels left in safe places or with neighbours

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.

 

5. Incorrect Address Details

  • We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed
  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect details, we may resend the order at an additional delivery cost.

 

6. Delays & Missing Orders

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only.

If your order has not arrived:

  • Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch
  • Contact us within 30 days so we can investigate

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak periods (e.g. Christmas)

7. Uncollected or Refused Deliveries

If an order is:

  • Not collected
  • Refused at delivery
  • Returned to us

We may:

  • Charge a re-delivery fee and attempt to re-send

 


8. Allergen & Product Disclaimer

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Nuts
  • Gluten
  • Dairy
  • Other allergens

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

Please contact us before ordering if you have any concerns.

 


9. Temperature & Product Condition

Some products (e.g. chocolate sweets) may be affected by warm weather.

We are not responsible for:

  • Minor cosmetic changes (e.g. melting, softening)
  • Conditions caused during transit
